Ski chalet with private mountain-style indoor & outdoor entertainment, is one of the best ways to make the skiing or summer holidays unforgettable. The 12 luxury whole-year around operated chalets will be used for commercial use for 11 months of the year, and for 1 month of the year the chalets will be dedicated to the humanitarian cause - to be used by the families with children recovering from serious health conditions or cancer.

The place
Located in the region of Mala Fatra, the village is one of the top 3 visited tourist places in the Slovakia with 800 000 tourists per year. The resort includes 3 skiing parks, aquapark, village train, wellness centers, adrenaline rope center, museum and 30-meter- high look-out tower.
The first ski park located directly in the village has most suitable skiing terrain for families with children. The second ski park located about 3 km from the village has about 14 km of skiing lines for all ages and all difficulty levels. The third ski park located 3.5 km away is the most suitable for skilled or professional skiers and ski-alpinists. The area includes skiing school for children, sledding hill and the cross-country skiing tracks, that vary from 1,5 to 15,7 km long.
In the summer time, the area is atractive for waterfalls and well-known hiking tracks. The hiking tracks are in all dificulty levels starting from easy to moderate for families and level up to challenging, very difficult and even extreme tracks, for the more advanced hikers. The other popular sports in the area are mountain climbing, and biking in the bike trails.
The village has local festival visited by more than 80 000 people each year.

The facility will provide an all-year-around ice-skating track for children, summer tennis court, indoor billiard, ping pong table, air hokey table, outdoor mini-golf and small private farm. In the evening children can play videogames or watch movie in the private cinema room. The on-site butler will start the fire in the fireplace, based on request of the family or prepare the outdoor hot tub, just in time before arriving from the skiing tracks.
Any special requests like arranging ski school clubs, in-chalet nannies or special diet menus will be part of the service.

Each morning the drop off and evening pick up of the clients will be arranged, to and from the selected skiing resort. With the services of the butler, most of the time can be dedicated to fun and relaxation of the mind. With no hassle for finding the parking space, the guest can be the first one on the slopes in the morning and avoid the dreaded walks in ski boots or long queues.
