SOHO – Small office / home office luxury residential building will be dedicated to the young professionals and families, that wish to live in the top regions of the Slovak – Austrian border. The residential area will be offering 50 000 m2 of living space, designed implementing the modern technology for environmental and Eco-Efficient living areas, while carrying the theme of small study apartments, demanded by professionally active and sports active generation.

The place
To be built in one of the most demanded area for the residential living by Austrian, Slovak and Hungarian citizens, the future development will be placed in the center of green fields but only 15 minutes to absolute city center of Bratislava capital, 30-minute drive to city center of Vienna, and 10 minutes to the Hungarian border toward Budapest capital.
This region fundamentally differs from the usual image of Austria, as you will search in vain for mountains here. The Landscape features wide plains, rolling hills, woodland, wetlands and vineyards, as far as the eye can see. The area has 300 hours of sunshine and mild Pannonian climate.
